Live Progress Tracking

You can now see exactly what the system is doing while it processes your documents. A progress bar updates in real time as each step completes — no more waiting and wondering.

You also no longer need to keep the browser tab open. The system continues working in the background and picks up where it left off if you return later.

Intelligent Document Understanding

Xtimo AI now automatically recognises the structure of your Bill of Quantities documents:

• Floor Detection — Identifies which floor each item belongs to (Ground Floor, First Floor, Basement, etc.)
• Section Recognition — Understands the hierarchy of work sections and subsections
• Room Context — Links items to specific rooms when that information is available

This means better organisation and more accurate analysis of your project data.

Improved Price Verification

The price checking process now shows step-by-step progress as it analyses each item. You can also filter and sort the results by:

• Severity — See critical issues first
• Status — Filter by pending review, approved, or rejected

Better Reliability

Long-running processes are now more resilient. If something interrupts the analysis, the system can pick up where it left off instead of starting over from the beginning.

Bug Fixes

Session Recovery	Refreshing the page during document processing no longer loses your progress. The system restores the "Confirm Save" screen if you were waiting to review results.
Progress Notifications	Duplicate notifications no longer appear when the system is waiting for your input. Each notification now appears only once.
File Access	Resolved an issue where some document files couldn't be accessed for processing. All file types are now handled correctly.
Workflow Detection	Fixed false "workflow stopped" warnings that appeared when the system was actually waiting for you to take action.
Background Processing	Resolved a race condition that could cause duplicate processing when multiple browser tabs were open.
Merge Results	Fixed an issue where the "Review & Save" button wouldn't appear after processing completed. Results now display correctly on all workflow steps.
Performance	Removed excessive background activity that was slowing down the application.
