When your BOQ is ready, export it to Excel with one click. The file downloads immediately.

How to export

From Step 5 (the AI Assistant page), click Export to Excel. The file downloads to your device.

What the exported file contains

• One sheet per BOQ section
• Columns: Item reference, Description, Unit, Quantity, Unit Rate, Total
• A summary sheet with section totals and a grand total
• Clean formatting, ready to share or print

File format

The export is an .xlsx file, compatible with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc.

Notes

• The export reflects the BOQ at the moment you click — any changes made after export require a new download
• There is no limit on how many times you can export a project
