Final Audit

Before you export, Xtimo AI runs a verification pass over the complete BOQ and flags anything that looks unusual. The audit is informational — it helps you catch issues before they reach a client or estimating review. It does not block export.

What gets flagged

• No price found — a work item has no matching rate in your element library
• Unusual quantity — a quantity that is significantly higher or lower than similar items in the same BOQ
• Duplicate items — two or more work items with identical descriptions
• Empty sections — a section that contains no items
• Unit mismatch — a quantity and unit combination that appears inconsistent (for example, a floor finish measured in linear metres)

Reviewing the results

Each flag shows the work item, the issue, and a brief explanation. For each flag you can:

• Mark as Reviewed — OK if you've checked it and the value is correct
• Open in AI Assistant to fix the issue through conversation

Export is not blocked

You can export to Excel at any time, regardless of whether all flags have been resolved. The audit results are for your review only.

Notes

• The audit runs automatically at the end of Quick Mode and at Step 4 in Step-by-Step Mode
• You can re-run the audit from the audit page after making changes in the AI Assistant
